Story - Content

When starting the game, it no longer asks the player to choose a language and goes with English by default. As in the first game, they asked every time when opening what language you’d like.

When starting a new game, you continue from the last game’s last day, being day 19; the player starts on day 20 in Fresh Story 2.

From being cheated on by your boyfriend, you decide the two of you need a break and let loose. Or think like this: Fresh Story was about being good and manners, not cheating or anything like that. While in Fresh Story 2, it’s the complete opposite.

More risky, more free, more open. Your ex was the only one you’ve ever been with, so this was a whole new chapter in your book and your life. And you learn that not all bad people remain bad but do have something good in them.

So, explore and continue the story of Fresh Story and see where it all leads and the larger amount of intimate content that has been added to their second game.

Visual & Audio

Visuals

Fresh Story 2 has gotten a large improvement since their first game. Improved graphics & shaders, improved intimate animations (even though some are still a bit funky), and lots more added content but in a shorter game.

AND THEY FINALLY GOT SOMETHING ELSE THEN BROCCOLI AND STEAK. I was amazed when I saw this throughout the game. Different foods and drinks, and I think not even once broccoli and steak.

Not that much more to add since it all truly looks good and hasn’t changed much from the first game and images shown on Steam or in their trailer for the game.

Audio

NSFW Recordings

The game kept their good, lustful audio recordings from the last game and implemented them into this one as well.

Even though it’s played in short versions or repeated during scenes, it still has good audio quality overall.

Music

The same goes for the music; the good o’l piano & saxophone get back into place. But the number of different music varieties has increased since the first game.

Now we’ve got music for going clubbing, spicy scenes, serious occasions, romantic & sad moments, or danger moments. It’s difficult to remember all the where and when, but be sure that you’ll enjoy them once they start playing during your journey.

My final little thoughts

Fresh Story 2 is not only a new chapter for our protagonist but also for the developers. And with this new chapter, they have done a goddamn good job and continue to implement content, making the gameplay longer than what it was during my first playthrough.

Some minor issues remain but hopefully will be resolved by the developers at a later time if possible. But I'd have to say that I highly recommend trying out this game, especially if you have played Fresh Story, the first chapter as well.
